commercial use

Hi,
I would like to know if I would be able to sell the 3d model of a structure that I build with this program if all the textures are my own and the structure is unfurnished.

I use Daz 3d and would also like to use the structures in my own commercial artwork.

No problem to use your design for commercial purpose and resell them. But keep in mind that doors, windows and stairs are generally part of the structure too, and these objects could be available under a license that wouldn't allow to use your artwork for commercial purpose. Please read this page for more details.
In all cases, a notice like "Project designed with Sweet Home 3D" would be appreciated when possible.
