Create photo problem

Have a problem with "create photo". First just want to mention that my computer is fully ready to handle this software. MOBO is ASUS B85G-M 1150 socket with intel i5-5670 processor, RAM 8gigs, Video card EVGA GTX960 4gigs, Samsung SSD. The issue is taking a picture of my room photo comes out strange like it's badly pixelated and out of focus.

Maybe you should post your picture so others have an idea. From your description I'd say you're using quality level 3, is that correct? Try level 4.

Thanxs Swave for replying. I am new to this software and I don't understand what level 3 or 4 or how to change it. Would be a great help if you could explain to me whereabouts I could rectify this dilemma. I tried emailing through this post but can't figure it out or find " attach file". Could I email you the picture? Kevin.

I did all that several times even before I registered to this forum and still have the problem.
