Display Area not working

I just began using SH3D and have a question. Some rooms have a triangular plane that is visible from certain angles while viewing in 3D mode. Puybaret suggested I toggle off the "display ceiling"; this solved the appearance of these triangular planes. However, now, the area is displayed in these rooms...even when the "display area" is unchecked. Any ideas?

Most probably there are two rooms on top of each other.

If you want to select the room which is below to remove it, you could right click in the room area and choose the room you want in the Select object menu available in the contextual menu.
