adding text to a wall surface in 3D

In short, I want to add a sign to an exterior wall (think something like a chalk board). Can this be done in Sweet Home 3D or will I need to do it in another application an import it? If so, any reco on what to use? Newbie here, thanks.

Use Plan -> Add Text
Click somewhere in the design window
A window pops up
Enter your text here
Put a check mark in Visible in 3D view
Click Orientation -> Vertical
Enter correct Elevation
Ready
