Furniture Library EDITOR Problems

I can't seem to be able to install the Library Editor, what am I missing??

I have downloaded two different versions of the Library Editor, thinking it might be just the newer version I have problems with. Well, it was not. I cant install either version.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Install Java
Download the latest version of Furniture Library Editor
Double click on the Jar file you'll have downloaded.

Unsuccessful at installing FurnitureLibraryEditor. Running Windows 8.1, Java loaded, yet nothing seems to work. For someone just trying to load the application this is very frustrating.
