SH3D and Microsoft Surface Pro (Tablet)

Probably a little bit late !

I use SH3D since Years, I 've drawn my 4 children appartment and I'm right now building a new house and I use SH3D to organise offices @ work (5000Sqm) as well all of this to demonstrate my Knowledge on SH3D
This software is friendly and powerful
Since now a couple of week I've got a surface 4 pro , SH3D works perfectly with high definition Unfortunately the screen resolution is too high and the compatibility with java is not good That means that the icons for tools are very very small and the menu for furniture as well
It's not very comfortable to work with

Could developpers do something ?

Something has been already available for HiDPI screens since version 5.2. See also this thread.
