Virtual Visit panel doesn't work. it remains gray and i can't see nothing in 3d mode

The same problem in on-line version with IExplorer 11 and Firefox

Please try the 3rd and 4th options proposed in the FAQ I got the message Sweet Home 3D will exit now because of a fatal error in 3D rendering system. What can I do?
