Fatal error in 3D rendering - update Directx/OpenGL - Windows 7 32bit

Post by Ralphord »

Yesterday i updated my SH3D 5.2 to 5.3.
it installed ok, but when launching received this fatal error in 3D rendering update your Directx/OpenGL for your graphics card.

If i downgrade my SH3D, working fine again. Tested on my work computer Win7 64bit, SH3D v5.3 works fine.
I checked the difference in JAVA and Directx/OpenGL.
made the Java vers iqual.
@home Dell Latitude #5500, Win7 32bit with an Intel graphicscard:
Intel GMA HD Graphics 4500/4500M Driver Version 8.15.10.2869, A15.
most updated driver installed.
@Work Dell Win7 64bit Nvidia graphics.

I love to work with Sweet Home 3D, it gives me the liberty of creating easy and illustrate in 3D.
Can someone tell me what i can do to have the newest version running on my home laptop?

Hi,

Try to update the directx or OpenGL ?

If you cannot, that said that your PC is too 'old'.
Stay in 5.2

My second pc (2010) is in 4.6 for the same reason... [:(]
