Year of the PC,
OS (example W10),
Type of PC (32 or 64 bits),
Java release,
processor (example Core i3,...)
Version of directx ou OpenGL,
Version of sh3d,
RAM,
Graphic card ?

Number card.... no it's a joke ! [:))]

i solved the problem by enforcing to update mine display adapters (Drivers)

mine pc give me a message that mine drivers where up to date
so i did reinstall the latest driver over the so cald existing drivers (mine interface is NVIDA Geforce 9400 GT)

and problem solved ... i hope it will help u to

today i updated my graphick card and my problem was fixed.
