I can not import furniture in sweet home 3D

I download the furniture on that same site and when I'm going to import any furniture the following message appears (the chosen template format is not supported) is there something I'm doing wrong ?

If you use the Mac App Store version, be sure to read the FAQ How can I import 3D models in OBJ, DAE or 3DS format with the Mac App Store version of Sweet Home 3D?
Otherwise, please indicate which 3D model caused some problem.
