Unable to Pan 2D Design View

Hi,

I've just installed the latest version of SH3D (5.4) and, having added a room to the plan, can't pan the view. I can zoom in and out but I'm completely stuck looking at one point because I'm also not getting scrollbars. This is true of the existing plan, and new ones if I restart the application.

I'm running Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 4 if that helps, I'll try running the Linux version on another machine to see if that helps when I get a chance.

The tree view fonts are also very compressed, not sure if this is related - might be something to do with the very high PPI in the display?

Update: I've got the same problem on my Linux machine. Am I just doing something weird or not understanding the UI?

Oh, right, it was me - I can only pan if zoomed in sufficiently. This is going to take some getting used to trying to draw walls which extend off the page...
