create advanced photo

my "create advanced photo" plugin does not working... it shows nothing!! how can i fix it??can any one help me??

What version of Sweet Home 3D do you use? What do you mean by "it shows nothing"?

i using version 5.4 and when i click in the button of "create advance photo" it's appears nothing. i mean, there are arrive any box......

There must be some error log that could explain your issue.
Please open a cmd window and run Sweet Home 3D redirecting errors to a file with a command like:

Code: Select all

"C:\Program Files\Sweet Home 3D\SweetHome3D.exe" 2> Desktop\log.txt

If the file log.txt contains something, please post it here.

You must give the entire path like this :
"C:\Program Files\Sweet Home 3D\SweetHome3D.exe" 2>c:\users\username\Desktop\log.txt

I try myself for my problem with 'Save', 'Save as', 'import furniture' and create photo => After launch, file size = 0 !

You're not obliged to give an absolute path in the command, but of course you must give a valid path if it's a relative path.
bdfd, please don't mix up threads, otherwise people will be lost. Your problem produces a JVM crash which is saved in a [font=courier new]hs_err_pidxxxx.log[/font] file not in stderr.

You have two modes in SH3D, aerial and virtual.
Sometimes, in aerial mode the point of view is near a wall and the photo is white.

Verify the point of view in your project in the twice modes.

I have the same problem here , when I choose create advanced photo nothing happens at all .
