Have you tried opening sweet home 3d without a skin or with different skins, i seem to recall having similar issues with window and font sizes in the past.

no i didn't use or install other skin and font after installing sweet home 3d . yeah but I installed my current skin before installing S.H.3D ... The Year One !!
