Multiple house designs

Hi
I have been designing my first house and would like to create a new house in a seperate file whilst still keeping the original but I read somewhere that it is only possible to make one design at a time with the programme. If I make another will i risk loosing all the information in the first?

You can design as many houses as you want in separate files.
You may also design more than one house in the same file, even if it might become complicated to handle if their levels are not at the same elevation.
