Adding Furniture to Catalog from Program

Is there a way to add furniture from a home to the catalog, or would it have to be re-imported? (such as if you forgot to click add to catalog when first importing to program, or if you have multiple computers with the program would you be able to take something in a home from one and add it to the other's catalog.)

Objects in a home can't be added to the catalog, but can be copied pasted from a home to another one.
