Add dimenision on the ruler

Hi, I would like to add more columns (vertical space) to the ruler. Now it starts as default from -2m. How to get e.g. -10m (adding 8 more meters to the left)?

By using the Advanced Edit plugin I can, however, move ("Select All" the whole house where I want, in that sense gaining the space to the left.

1 - Add a piece of furniture
2 - Using SHIFT-LEFT move it to the left
3 - The ruler will change
4 - Delete the piece of furniture
