Behing the 'office room' and its terrace, you'll find first bedroom (Queen size's bed) with its private shower room, over the garages.

Despite this first floor, it is a new home for big families.

5 bedrooms (each 13 m²) including one for twins (27 m²).

2 vérandas (15 and 25 m²),
1 lounge for books (25 m², visible above),
1 playroom for kids (20 m²).

All roofs are vegetalized.
