Hi Mike,

If I disable magnetism I can line up the door, but it doesn't cutout the invisible box like it does on a normal wall.

Invisible boxes don't cut other pieces of furniture. They only cut walls and floors as show in this tip.

Is there a way of having a transparent wall with a door?

I have managed to put in some transparent glass walls, but now I just need to add a door which actually has a cutout.

Not sure i understand correctly, but have you thought to insert the door into a wall with its opacity set to nearly clear, then exporting both the door and the wall?
