Cannot Import .obj Models

I designed a set of shelves on tinkercad and exported it as .obj. However, when I try to import to SH3D, the wizard says that the file type is not supported. I get the same result trying to import the .zip file.

How can I resolve this?

OBJ is a language with many dialects. Autodesk must have created its own dialect, that some programs can't read.

You may try
- an online conversion website and convert the file to one of the other formats that SH3D can read, or
- a program that (maybe) can read these OBJ files (like Blender?) and then export to either OBJ or another format (like 3DS).
