No 3D possible, neither printing

I installed the programm and was able to draw my appartement, but when I tried to chance to the 3-D-View nothing happend. Neither was it possible to print. I'm working on a laptop with Windows xp. the graphic-card is a mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family
What could be the problem.

Try the solutions described in the FAQ.
Using the solution based on DirectX generally solves many problems.
