Looking for SH3D plugin developer

I'm looking to develop a plugin for a project of mine to do some tests.

Requirements are as follows:
Take 4 inputs to create 4 walls (resembling a room)
based on some rules put in some custom Imported furniture (min1, max3)
Label the funitures
put in some dimensions
Put in some text based on inputs
Save the file based on input fields
