Floors and ceilings...

I have seen the help about creating floors and ceilings when adding a level? My problem is I have a first floor apartment which I created a plan for, with all the walls and windows and now want to add the floor below this (ground floor)?

I added a new level at elevation 0, and created the outline of the floor - made my first floor elevation a suitable positive value but no floor or ceilings are shown - if I add furniture to the first floor it is floating in mid air - where the floor would be?

Is there any way around this without having to re-create the first floor again?

Create floors or rooms, so that your furniture had a surface to stand on.

Or, copy the contents from one level to another level.
