2D view of walls

2D view of walls

In many other 3D modelling systems you can view more than just the plan in 2D. So if you are designing a kitchen you may want to see a wall as a 2D plan. Or if you planning electrical wiring or conduit placement looking at a wall in 2D would be good. Kind of like a YZ view or YX view.

Good idea, can be used for vertical dimensioning, now it is a problem to show room and window height.

Please see Side view plug-in and the possibility to show dimensions in its last version (requires Sweet Home 3D 7.2).
