Wow! I actually got it to work! I would never have figured it out by myself. Many, many thanks! It took a little more than what you described, but you got me into the right parts of the controls and gave me some insight into what governs these things.

How do you upload an image like that to this forum?

I uploaded it to photobucket first then used this forum's [img] tags to put in the link. (click "Reply" just above the subtitle [it says Re: Picture objects with untiled texture] to the right of your username) then you will see the formatting stuff.
