Elements grouping, elements locking, parametric measurement tool

Hello,

first of all, thanks a lot for a great piece of software that I've been seeking for a very long time!
In fact I downloaded the free version and after one hour trying decided it was worth participating to this effort by buying the (cheap) paid version.

3 things I'l love to see implemented:

- the possibility to group any elements, walls etc.
- the possibility to lock any element
- the possibility to use a clever parametric measuring tool like in Solidworks: you draw a rough and then input the measurements, distances from object to object etc. and when you validate everything goes in place

These features would be super helpful to anyone I think, or may be I got too used to working with a parametric 3D software.

Thanks anyway for this development, I really love it, it's very clever and very well thought and user friendly.

To make models "lockable"- Modify furniture -> Part of base plan
To lock models - Plan -> Lock base plan

Note:
- doors and windows are always part of the base plan
