seperate walls/ detache, (not split)

Hello,

I'm still figuring out if it's good to draw the walls of the house all together, that way the are attached, or to make all walls seperately.

How can I detache a wall? I did find how to splitt a wall, but this splits it at a different place, I want to split it in the corners. is this possible?

You can detach a wall from the others with a cut-paste operation.
