Windows 10 Version not starting (White Splash Screen)

Hey guys!

I just bought the Windows 10 Edition of SH3D to get the extended library, but i cannot get it to start... Graphics drivers are up2date, Java is up2date and i tried the things mentioned in the FAQ. The thing with the extra file and the 32bit version worked and i can start it, but that's not what i paid for, because the extended library items are missing this way

I also tried reinstalling graphics drivers but this also didnt help.

Anyone knows what could be wrong? What can i do?

I had the same problem. I installed the free version from the website and then also the M$-version worked. Then I uninstalled both and reinstalled the M$-Version. This worked.

Also I learned, that the libraries I paid for are for free to download. So I spend a morning with trouble shooting. Who cares about the 15€, but an complete morning lost hurts!
