Floor texture appears on ceiling of basement

Hello !

Trying to render a multi-level home ; I'm seeing something strange I can't really explain : the floor of the ground floor is displayed on the basement's ceiling when quality is set to 3/4 or 4/4 (not in 1/4 or 2/4), and is blank where it's supposed to be !

Any idea what this is about ?

You'll have to take care of creating the ceiling at the right location.
