cannot generate best quality photo and 3d view window is lagging

I'm using SH3D 6.3
my machine is:
MacBook Pro 16,1 8-Core Intel Core i9, 2.4 GHz, Memory 32 GB, GL: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M type GPU, Bus: PCIe PCIe Lane Width: x8 VRAM (Total): 8 GB

When i use SH3D V6.3 and amended the cfg file to even 8 G the lagging in the 3D window persisted and cannot take any picture over quality level 1 otherwise either the SH3D crashes or i get the square with the red x in the middle.

My project she is around 320 MB

You probably use a complex 3D model that slows down Sweet Home 3D.
As the most complex models use generally a larger file, I would suggest to display the Model size column in the furniture list, then sort the list by model size order by clicking on Model size column and make the largest model invisible to check if it works better.
