Suggestions Required for a new home design

Here is the new plot of my friend, who is planning to make a 2 storey home.

Weather conditions : Normal
Requirements :

1. Ground floor : 1 Bed , Hall and Kitchen.
2. Ground floor : Parking & small garden space
3. Ground floor : 1 common toilet & 1 attached toilet bath with bedroom
4. Ground floor : Wash area
5. First Floor : 2 Bed with attached toilet bath
6. First Floor : Porch
7. Main door entry from West Side.

Last time when I was designing my home, this forum helped me with some great ideas. That home is finished. Now a friend is inspired by this forum needs some help.
