Problem with making a picture

Dear people,

I have been using Sweet Home 3D with great pleasure for over six months. Actually always without problems. However, since yesterday I can no longer take or render photos. I have also tried it on another computer but unfortunately it no longer works there either. It is even possible that my computer freezes when I try it a second time. I also notice that it takes a long time before the file I am working in opens. Can you help me with a solution?

Maybe, try to increase the max memory used by the program, or hide most complex items like trees.
Under what system do you use Sweet home 3D? 32 bit / 64 bit ?

Hello, thanks for your answer. I have a 64 bit computer.
I have asked for help as this is too difficult for me. They did not change your advice and the problem remains the same. Do you perhaps have some kind of helpdesk? I would of course like to see this problem resolved. Thank you for your help. Greetings, Paul

Sounds like a classic incorrect-model-problem.
Delete half of your models in the furniture list and try to make a picture. If it works, delete the other half. This way you can narrow down the faulty model.
