Hello, so I am doing sweet home 3d for my schoolwork but I am unable to create photo or video. I need help.

What do you mean by you’re “unable”? What happens when you try to create a photo or a video?
Note that these features are not available in the new Online version. If you use this version of Sweet Home 3D, you’ll have to export your design, install the version available for download and open your exported design with it.
