Stock Plans included

The stock plans included in the paid version that I have won't load.

Do you mean the demos? What happens when you select the File > New from demo menu item?

The Demos work fine. They are different. They are files in my projects folder. I have a screenshot. They have a file extension of .HD3D

The extension of Sweet Home 3D files is .SH3D not .HD3D, and I have no idea about the so-called “stock plans" you speak about.
But from the screenshot you posted, it seems that these files are not designed for Sweet Home 3D but for Home Design 3D software.

I don't know where they came from they just appeared in my projects folder.
