3D View Settings with Performance - Balance - Quality

Hello, I want to request a feature where the 3D View will get Pixelated but fast in moving when choosing performance. I can do that when using windows but I'm using linux now and the NVIDIA Control Panel doesnt work.

Here's the control panel in NVIDA where I can choose performance and the 3D View will be pixelated but so smooth in moving and if you choose Quality the 3D View is smooth but when you move it's so laggy
