3D Error - DirectX/OpenGL Drivers

I know this is a very popular topic and I have read some forums that give resolutions but they are from years back. Not really sure if there has been a specific update or fix for this.

I just recently updated my laptop to Windows 10 and it is a x64 bit laptop. I have everything updated from what I can tell and have read to check yet I still am having this issue.

I have the paid version (6.6.1) due to wanting to have all the stencils, textures, etc. It is installing from the Microsoft Store.

Just wanting some additional information and/or direction.

Sorry no special news about this. Not sure it can be fixed further on some configurations.

I had have the same problem few years ago, you must have equal or higher opengl 2.0
