furniture list gone

each time I reinstall windows, my imported furniture is gone as well, and I have to enter one by one. is there anyway that the furniture list is still there, even if I change the windows

I also had a case like this.
I have 2 computers, one is at home, one is in the office. list furniture in the office is not the same as at home. is there a quick way so I do not need to import one by one?

ow, almost forgot.
I have so many imported furniture, from library and other website. it kills me when I have to import one by one.
