http://archive3d.net/ seems to propose the same list as http://www.archibase.net/gdl mentioned in 3D models import page. [;)]
And as I said in my comment, don't get mad with their models because a lot of them can't be imported in Sweet Home 3D.

Yes, they have the same models, but Archibase requests that you install their toolbar to search and download, and Archive3D allows everyone to download without registering or whatever.

I updated accordingly 3D models import page because I prefer to cite only web sites that don't need registration.
I added also Flying architecture site you mentioned to me a while ago. Their models looks very nice and Sweet Home 3D seems to support them quite well.
