Panneling on wall

I'm looking to reproduce panneling in Sweet Home 3D.

This is an example with ugly green walls:

My walls are 2m50 high and the panneling is 1 m high. Can someone explain me how to do this?

1 - Use Modify walls - Modify baseboards and fill in the necessary data to make a two-coloured wall
2 - Install the Mouldings plugin and its library and use those to decorate your wall - from here
