HI ALL;

HOW CAN I KEEP MY LOADED 3D MODELS OR TEXTURES AFTER UNISTALL AND REINSTALL THE APLLICATION

Unless you use an additional application to cleanup your computer, uninstalling Sweet Home 3D won't delete the 3D models and textures you imported. In case, you reinstall Sweet Home 3D on another computer or a different account, see this thread.

but in my case, i bought the application and i do not know where the directory is
