Problem with Microsoft Shop

Hello!
Short story about me: took 20 minutes to register on this forum. [:(]
I purchased the program with Microsoft shop BUT no way at all I could managed to register my device as it does not recognize my serial number.

There is any other easier way to download versión 6.6.1?
I do want it, but I just spent 3 hours trying to fix that "SN not recognized" and honestly I can't waste more time only for that.

You should ask to Microsoft support. Hope that you’ll share here the solution they will propose.
