Script error: check your browser is allowed to access local files

I built SweetHome3D 6.6.4 with bundle.js which is in j4ts-batik-svgpathparser-1.10.0-20170726 folder.
And I opened the SweetHome3DJSViewer.html in powershell with ./chrome.exe --allow-file-access-from-files file:///C:/Users/ooohwen/Desktop/SweetHome3DJSViewer-6.6.4/SweetHome3DJSViewer.html. It showed error massage "Script error: check your browser is allowed to access local files".
the console:
