system stops

Sometimes the program stops working, I close via task manager, then usually it works again. But now not anymore, objects only partially load and I can't click on anything. What to do and how?

Check in About dialog box if you installed the 32 bit version. If it’s the case, run the installer again and choose 64 bit architecture in the screen which lets you choose the installation folder.

Perhaps a stupid question, but what dialog box do you mean?

I found it, but it's 64 bit already, zothat isn't the cause.

Heb je private message ontvangen? Ik zie het niet terug namelijk in het overzicht. Vraag is o.a.hoe ik de file kan toevoegen, ik zie geen optie voor bijlagen.

Ik heb nog even verder gekeken en zie dan dat mijn pc wel 64 bits is, maar Java 32. Kan het daar mee te maken hebben? Kan ik dan zonder problemen Java 64 downloaden?

Dat zijn dingen waar ik weinig verstand van heb, maar het lijkt me logisch dat je op een 64-bits syteem 64-bits software gebrukt...
