default langage / default unit

Hi all,

When I run SW in eclipse, I notice that default langage is english with Foot Inch units.

I notice that running the official Jar has the same issue, apparently the current langage is not detected.

Where can I change something in the code to force the langage and the unit used ?

Why do you want to change it from code when you can do it from the preferences panel?
