Thanks Puybaret and Nhumrod. I find this bed the most lovely one in SW3D. It's easy to use a lot of materials for different rooms.

Most likely with boxes in front of the wall. The bottom a single box and the upper part a thinner, elevated box placed a little distance from the wall. Than add the lights in the remaining hollow space of the upper part.
