Scale down the entire 2d object when changing the background image to smaller

Scale down the entire 2d object when changing the background image to smaller

Hi everyone
I added a background image and drew a plan first, then I resized the image to make it smaller. Currently I want to shrink all objects according to the resized image, is that possible? Please help me, Thanks!!

Try the Advanced editing plug-in.
