Rendering error

Hello friends. While doing Sweet Home3D rendering, an X sign appears and gives an error. It says to increase the maximum memory as a solution.
But I couldn't do that either. Can you please help me?

What didn’t you understand in the FAQ How can I adjust the memory used by Sweet Home 3D?
