I am a teacher at La Salle College in Coudekerque, France. One of my students created an online account but can no longer find his username and password, it seems that he is already registered with his university email address we cannot recreate his account together . I'm looking to have his username and password or just have his username and be able to change the password with him or delete the account and recreate it please?
