Hi Experts,

I am in a trouble.

sh3d file downloaded from sweethome3d online shows as damaged while trying to open in desktop app. Its shows 3 options - Don't open ...., Replace ...., Remove
and if I try last 2 options either it removes some parts or opens with red colour for some parts

But I can view and edit the same file online without any issues

If I try upload the damaged file back to online then it shows

Couldn't import home Lavendula-Aframe-40x65-Corrected1
Error 43: Can't read home

Is your desktop installation up to date? It could be that the online version is newer, and older versions can't handle new features.
If yours is already up to date, could you share your home file?

This could be due to some changes on the server. I was able to reproduce the issue and fix it. Could you check on your side?

Look like the issue is with my home network. I tried downloading the file with my office network and it works fine now. Strange !!!!
