Hi!

What operating system are you using?
What version of Sweet Home 3D?

That error usually means Sweet Home 3D can’t hook into your DirectX or OpenGL libraries properly. On Win 11 with an Nvidia card, I’d try forcing the app to use the dedicated GPU (right-click → ‘Run with graphics processor’ → Nvidia). Also check if you have the latest Java runtime—SH3D still leans on it. If that fails, try launching it with the ‘–openGL’ or ‘–directX’ switch to see which one plays nice with your setup
