Cheers will have a bash with it, I am on a Win7 machine, quad core with 3GB of RAM and have recently downloaded 64bit Java. I have modivied the shortcut to be "C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\javaws.exe" -localfile -offline "C:\Users\test\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\48\26f88b70-4139adeb" to run using the 64bit Java and it seems to be working. Will report back.
